Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
During peak periods or special launches, processing may take slightly longer. If that happens, we appreciate your patience.
Shipping times
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its progress.
Occasionally, delays may occur due to customs procedures, weather conditions, or courier-related issues. These situations are outside our control, but we’re here to help if needed.
Shipping fees

If you’re ordering from outside our primary operating region, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We’re unable to estimate or cover them.

Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days at support@bpurple.co.
