At bpurple, we want you to feel confident about what you order.
Each product is prepared with care and checked before it ships. Because our items are consumable, our policy is simple and transparent.
Returns
All sales are final.
We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll review it and make it right.
To request support, please email support@bpurple.co within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and a clear photo of the item.
We’ll respond within 2 business days with the next steps.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect and cannot be replaced.
If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items returned without prior approval can’t be processed.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges.
If something is wrong with your order, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost whenever possible.
Late or missing refunds
If 10 business days have passed and you don’t see your refund, we recommend contacting your bank or card provider first, as processing times can vary.
